Discussed on a new organization structure that will include only 1 VP position directly reporting to the President. Proposed idea was to divide some functions for directors to overseeing and taking over specific function as well. There will be subcommittee or program groups under those main functions. This will allow some active members to be able to participate in specific program or projects that they are interested in.
Ma Myat Soe Mon will be sending a draft organization chart and will e-mail to BODs to review at the next meeting discussion.
The idea for a new structure changed was proposed and majority of BODs agreed to restructure, but will need getting votes from all the BODs to finalize.
